The results came back. The tumor was benign. The doctor said it was the only time in his career that one of these recurred. He didn't say how commonly he treated them, though. To be safe, he wants me to come back to him in a year.
The nurse peeled off the remaining glue and smeared an ointment on my scar. I've been cleared to resume all normal activities, including shaving. Deo gratias!
